Inkblade Warriors Academy has been founded with the hope of crushing procrastination through encouragement, lots of writing sprints, writing prompts, and prayers. I believe that our words, both spoken and written, have the power to build or destroy. I hope that we, story warriors, victoriously use our words to crush negative thinking, inspire young minds to have a relationship with Jesus, grow spiritually, and triumph in love, faith, and truth.
Inkblade Warrior Academy Course: From Idea to 60K
Who is this course for?
For Christian fiction writers and authors who need motivation and guidance to write their manuscript. This course is designed to get your story written!
About the course:
Do you feel God is calling you to write young adult fiction, but don’t know where to start? Have you started to write a story, but feel like you “hit a wall”? Do you want to write your really cool story idea, but have almost no idea of how to put it into writing?
Whether you want to write steampunk, adventure, sci-fi, etc. this course will give you everything you need to know how to expand your idea into an outline then draft and revise your manuscript of up to 60,000 words. Let’s get your story out of your heart, onto paper, and delivered for the world to read. No more fear. No more procrastination. No more confusion. This course will walk you through the process of writing your book and prayerfully bring your book to completion leaving your readers to feel enlightened, inspired, and entertained.
What you’ll learn:
- How to write a three-act story outline to increase tension and interest throughout your story
- Pull your reader into your story with dynamic worldbuilding
- Create realistic and complex characters
- How to draft your story with key target points
- How to revise your story
Inkblade Warriors Creative Network
Along with the Inkblade Warriors course ‘From Idea to 60K’ students will have access to the Inkblade Warriors Creative Network on discord, a private community away from regular social media. The Creative Network can be accessed through your personal computer or download the app to a phone or tablet for your own convenience.
This community has been created so wholesome-minded people can write together and encourage each other to create entertaining, Christian content. Let’s plant wholesome seeds for readers, provide fresh, new perspectives for young minds, and challenge thinking in a loving way.
